Full Seafood Platter

I thought this was an excellent burger. Wasn't sure what to expect with the combination but it really worked. The crunch of the fried fish along side the soft Salmon was a surprising delight.
I also felt it was a great portion size.

Lovely fresh John Dory, som of which we put in the freezer to enjoy on another day and some we had immediately. I was able to cook some with ginger and lemon in the frying pan, and another lot with capers, pan fried.

"If you want really fresh fish and a good helping of chips, then there really is no other choice. Wellington Sea Market". It never disappoints
Plus the people there are actually really nice.
