 Nationwide Delivery (Excluding Rural & PO Boxes)

We offer nationwide delivery within New Zealand, excluding rural/non-urban addresses and PO Boxes.

Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 9 AM on a dispatch day will be sent the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the next available dispatch day.
  • Pre-orders are not accepted, except when specified (e.g., Christmas Pre-Orders).
  • Orders are shipped via NZ Couriers Overnight Service, but please allow for potential delays of 1-2 business days. While our target delivery is overnight, all couriered orders are subject to a 2-day delivery period.

Packaging & Handling

We take great care in packing orders to ensure they remain chilled for up to 72 hours during transit.

Delivery Issues & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by NZ Couriers or any other third-party delivery providers.
  • Minor delays or minor packaging damage during transit do not qualify for a refund or replacement unless otherwise agreed.
  • If an order is significantly damaged or not delivered within the 2-day delivery period, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once your order is dispatched, it is your responsibility to track your delivery via NZ Couriers and follow up with them for estimated delivery times or transit status.

Rural Deliveries

We do not take responsibility for deliveries to rural/non-urban addresses. Customers choosing to send orders to rural locations do so at their own risk.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order (which is rare), we will notify you and process a full refund promptly.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe Payments. We do not store or capture your credit card information at any time.
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. The GST breakdown shown at checkout is not an additional charge.
  • Once an order is placed, it is final, and we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns unless the product arrives damaged (as per our refund policy). Please double-check your order and delivery address before confirming your purchase.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • If a mobile number is provided, you may also receive text notifications from the courier.

Personal Use Policy

  • By placing an order, you agree that all products are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
