Defective or Damaged ProductsAll our products are carefully quality-checked and packed by hand. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
