Ordering & Payment

Ordering fresh seafood online is easy! Browse our website, add your desired seafood items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

We accept major credit/debit cards(Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), and Google Pay for secure transactions.

Yes, orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver fresh and frozen seafood across New Zealand, including the North and South Islands. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. No shipping to RURAL areas or PO Boxes. 

Our standard delivery takes 1-3 business days. Overnight and same-day delivery options are available in select locations for the freshest seafood.

Courier’s use a“leave at door” policy. Please note best location to drop off package in cases of not being home. 
Tracking numbers are provided for all items couriered. 

We vacuum-seal and pack seafood in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain optimal freshness during transit.

Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. Free shipping over $150. 

Product Information & Quality

We source our seafood from all across New Zealand with our own boats. Some seafood is sourced from trusted local fisheries and sustainable suppliers across New Zealand to ensure premium quality - this will be specified in the product descriptions.

We offer both fresh and frozen seafood. Product descriptions indicate the condition of each item.

We package our products fit for travel over 2 days with ice bags. However in some cases frozen products may thaw in transit. Please take note when ordering frozen items. If products are slightly thawed then they can be put back in the freezer. However, if items are thawed completely then we recommend consumption with in 1 - 3 days. 

Yes, we prioritise sustainable fishing practices and provide a selection of certified sustainable seafood options.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 24 hours for a hassle-free replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for issues such as damaged goods or incorrect orders.
