Hoki – Fillets, Skinned and Boned

Hoki is mainly caught in the winter months but small amounts come through year round. Hoki has a very delicate texture with a soft flesh. It has a mild flavour and is best served in fish pies or used as a base for a chowder. Product of New Zealand.
