Fresh from the waters of Aotearoa, our Pacific oysters are sweet, briny, and full of that clean ocean flavour we love. Around Christmas, they’re always the first thing to disappear from the table — Nonna says it’s because everyone pretends they’re “just having one more.”

We serve them simple, like family food should be — on the half-shell, chilled, with lemon or a splash of something bubbly. They’re a little taste of summer, family, and sea air all in one bite.
