At our place, there’s always a little debate about how it should be done. Nonni swears by the old way — simmered gently in his rich tomato sauce, tossed through pasta, and served with a glass of red. But Nonna insists that Christmas Day means BBQs in the sun — brushed with butter, garlic, and lemon, straight off the grill.
Either way, everyone wins — especially the ones lucky enough to get seconds.
