Description:
Sweet, tender, and full of flavour — our large scallops (roe on!) are a real family favourite. Nonna says the roe is the best bit — “that’s where all the flavour lives!” — while Nonni insists they’re best seared quickly in butter with a splash of white wine.

However you cook them, they’re pure summer magic — quick, easy, and always a little special.
