Groper – Fillets, Skinned and Boned

Our Groper is caught in the Cook Strait and the West Coast of the North Island. It has a firm, large flaked flesh with a sweet flavour. Customers feedback on Groper is that it cooks well in the oven, or sliced thinly and bread crumbed / beer battered! Product of New Zealand.
