Butterfish – Fillets, Skinned and Boned

Butterfish is found in the seaweed beds and is a known vegetarian! It is no wonder Butterfish is a great source of iron and magnesium, along with vitamin B & D. We harvest our Butterfish in the Cook Strait, Palliser Bay and the West Coast. Butterfish has a mild flavour, medium texture, and white flesh. Product of New Zealand.
