CHRISTMAS PRE ORDER FAQs
You can collect your order from our Cuba Street site between 10am and 5pm on your selected date. Our store manager will give you a call or message when it’s ready, so you can spend less time waiting and more time getting the table ready for the family.
Delivery
Local deliveries for Christmas pre-orders are available, with the last delivery date on Monday 23 December. We do recommend choosing pick-up if you can. It’s a busy time of year, and we’d rather your seafood arrive on your plate than stuck in traffic.
Courier deliveries
Local Couriers will be running until 23 December overnight couriers will be running until 22 December. To be safe, pick an earlier delivery date and pop your seafood in the freezer when it arrives. Just thaw it out for Christmas Day and you’re sorted. No courier deliveries will go out on 24 December because even couriers deserve a night off before the feast.
Non-compliant orders
If your order includes items outside of the Christmas pre-order range, we may need to cancel or adjust it. We’ll always try to get in touch first, but let’s avoid that phone call. Nonna’s already stressed enough.
What happens next?
Once you have placed your order, leave the rest to us. We’ll pick, pack and send your goods away scheduled for delivery on your preferred date.
You will recieve a confirmation email after purchasing your order, and an email notifying you when your order is ready.
